“Due to the fact that Lodz is a strategic location for us and we have been operating in this city from the beginning, we wanted to remain here. The priority for us was to find ourselves in a facility located within the city, mainly in view of our employees. The location of the investment on which we decided to, located just less than 3 km from the current address, not only does not change diametrically conditions of access for our employees but provides them with the ability to quickly and easily get to work.” – comments Seweryn Kartkowski, President of the board at Polish Ceramics Group

“Apart from the issue of warehouse location, technical aspects were of key importance to the customer, as the tenant needed above-standard floor load capacity due to the specificity of the business. Central European Logistics Hub met the client ’s technical criteria. In addition, in the new location, the customer has a large storage yard at his disposal, which is next advantage for the company and contributed to the decision to lease a space in this complex.” – comments Hubert Wojtera, Senior Consultant Industrial & Logistic at AXI IMMO.
