SEGRO, a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial properties, and Omnires, a Polish manufacturer and distributor of bathroom and kitchen equipment, have renewed a lease agreement for 5,200 sq m of warehousing space at Tulipan Park Warszawa.

The deal extends a successful partnership between both companies which begun in November 2009 when Omnires moved its warehouse, customer service and administration offices to SEGRO’s distribution and logistics site. Omnires is a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of bathroom and kitchen equipment, including mixers, shower cabins and screens, shower sets and bathroom accessories.

„Our long-lasting and very fruitful cooperation with SEGRO, as well as the facility’s excellent location in proximity both to the largest Polish conurbation and to major transportion routes, has influenced our decision to stay in Tulipan Park Warszawa,” says Janusz Langner, Board Member of Omnires.

„We are very pleased with Omnires’s decision and we are looking forward to a continuation of our productive relationship at the Tulipan Park Warszawa. The new agreement is a result of our company’s strategy of providing the best possible solutions for our clients. To this end we are strengthening our presence in the biggest conurbations. Tulipan Park Warszawa is one of three SEGRO investments in the Warsaw region. The other two are SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ożarów and SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań. Warsaw is Poland’s biggest economic centre and, thanks to its geographic location, it is perfect for conducting business throughout the whole country and CEE region,” explains Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO’s Business Unit Director Central Europe.
