Our Team
The team is headed by Grzegorz Chmielak, who has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector. His previous experience was in the financial sector, including HypoVereinsbank, Bank Hipoteczny S.A. and Bank Pekao S.A., followed by real estate company WestImmo and Knight Frank. During his 11 years at Knight Frank he was responsible for real estate valuations and consulting in Poland and CEE, while also serving as Managing Partner.
His numerous duties included, among others: management of the valuation business line, building relationships with the company’s clients and business development in this area.
Grzegorz is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), has a property valuer license no. 3064, and a CIS HypZert (MLV) certificate. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, holds a postgraduate degree from Sheffield Hallam University and an MBA from National Louis University – Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu in Nowy Sącz.
