P3 Logistic Parks is the new name of PointPark Properties, European developer’s warehouse parks. P3 Parks offer warehouses and halls for logistics as well as production halls in Poland.

P3 Błonie, P3 Mszczonów, P3 Piotrków and P3 Poznań are 4 logistic parks of the P3 developer in Poland. It’s up to 34 buildings in 4 logistic parks, which occupy over 800,000 square meters. The P3 developer also provides BTS projects.

The P3 real estate base includes 59 warehouse parks in 11 countries across Europe. The developer builds ecologically sustainable warehouses, also build-to-suit, that meet the highest international standards.

P3 has been operating in Europe since 2001, with headquarters in the Czech Republic. Since 2006, the developer has been present in Poland. In 2016, the company purchased the Singapore state property fund GIC.
