Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, was again chosen by Saint Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska Sp. z o.o. At Panattoni Park Czeladź, the company has renewed its lease contract for nearly 15,400 sqm and leased an additional 4,875 sqm. In the developer’s park in Stryków the tenant has renewed the contract for 4,400 sqm. The combined space covered by the contracts amounts to more than 24,670 sqm.

Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska Sp. z o.o. – global leader in the production and distribution of automotive glass, part of the French-based Saint-Gobain Group, has renewed lease contracts at two Panattoni Europe parks and at the same time expanded its leased space. At Panattoni Park Czeladź, apart from the renewal of the contract for nearly 15,400 sqm, the company has leased an additional 4,875 sqm, bringing the total occupied space in the developer’s park up to 20,275 sqm. Additionally, Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska Sp. z o.o. has renewed the lease on 4,400 sqm at Panattoni Park Stryków. Both parks serve the tenant as modern distribution centres.

It is worth mentioning that Saint-Gobain Group, or to be exact Saint-Gobain Glass Polska Sp. z o.o., also leases space from the developer at Panattoni Park Gliwice II, where it occupies 4,000 sqm. The space functions as a modern manufacturing plant where spacer bars for glass units are made. The facility is located within the Katowice Special Economic Zone-Subzone Gliwice, and the customer is entitled to tax exemptions due to running their business in the zone.

Panattoni Europe is currently developing more than 142,000 sqm in Poland and the Czech Republic, including the biggest investment in the warehouse property sector since the beginning of 2013 – a 50-thousand-square-metre facility for Castorama Polska, as well as a 33-thousand-square-metre BTS facility for Polaris, or the BTS in Kutno. The developer’s own parks in Łódź and Czeladź are also being extended.
