Designed by AMF Konstrukcje Budowlane and constructed by Goldbeck, the Small Business Unit (SBU) building will be dedicated to smaller tenants, offering them leases which start at 650 sqm. “Small units will always be a small percentage of the total because the total is a big number, but generally we have seen lots of demand for this format anywhere around main cities (…) This type of business is already well established in Warsaw and I think we will see a number of such projects as many small companies might need more modern space,“ Ben Bannatyne, Prologis managing director for Central and Eastern Europe, told ‘Eurobuild CEE’.

The facility is now being leased in 75 pct by such companies as Active, Getback, Max Fliz, Metalcom, Neuca and Schumacher Packaging. “Currently, Wrocław is one of the most sought-after locations with one of the lowest levels of available space in Poland,” he added. While the entire Prologis Park Wrocław III currently offers 148,000 sqm of space, the company plans on constructing a few more differently-sized buildings in the area within the next few years. “With our own land bank at Prologis Park Wrocław V, we are able to answer the market’s demand at any time,” said Ben Bannatyne.
