The warehouse will be built as a part of GLP Park Lędziny in Silesia and used as a regular distribution depot for Maspex Group’s beverage division. Omega Pilzno will handle warehouse logistics and transport as part of the tender. The AXI IMMO brokered the transaction.

Omega Pilzno is a Polish leader in the TSL industry. For over 30 years, it has provided comprehensive logistics services. The company operates warehouses in the Podkarpacie region and Pomerania, with 140,000 sqm of warehouse space. The company has a fleet of 700 trucks.

Maspex is Poland’s largest privately owned food company and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. The company is the market leader in many food product categories, including juices and beverages.

Thanks to the flexible attitude of both parties, the facility is scheduled to start operating as early as at the turn of the first and second quarters of this year. More than 10,000 sqm of warehouse space has been arranged for Maspex.

The new warehouse is being constructed in one of the most modern investments in the logistics sector in Poland. GLP Park Lędziny offers numerous pro-ecological solutions (with an emphasis on reducing energy consumption) and comfort solutions for future users. Omega Pilzno will employ more than 50 people in Silesia, including managers and logistics specialists, and warehouse workers with UDT licenses.
