The largest online women’s footwear retailer in Poland has leased over 5,100 sq m of warehouse and office space in the Logicor Łazy project near Warsaw. The tenant has taken over the whole of building No. 1 directly at the park’s entrance and national road No. E77/7. To meet the client’s needs, the owner has arranged new offices for the large number of staff and the specifics of the e-commerce company. AXI IMMO advised the tenant on the transaction.

The online store offers the largest selection in Poland of women’s footwear on the Internet. In addition to footwear for men and women, the company also offers clothing and accessories. The range includes around 8,000 to 10,000 products. The store owner has leased 4,065 sq m of modern warehouse space and 1,041 sq m of office and social space in the Logicor Park Łazy.

E-commerce in Łazy

“We wanted an investment located near the current headquarters due to the large number of employees. I am glad that we managed to find a building in a very good location that also meets our expectations regarding the building’s positioning and layout of the warehouse and office space. An additional advantage is the presence of courier companies nearby, which will allow us to extend preparation of shipments and ensure even faster delivery to our customers.” – comments Laura Nguyen, co-owner of the company.

“The facility at the Łogicor Łazy park quickly gained the client’s approval and beat competing parks due to its location only 1 km from the current headquarters, its large car park, container yard and road access. In addition, the owner, in accordance with the client’s needs, prepared the office space and modernised and adapted the lighting system for the tenant’s operations,” – adds Damian Kińczyk, from the Industrial & Logistic AXI IMMO department.

“We are pleased that the client decided to rent in our park in Łazy. The investment, due to its convenient location on Al. Krakowska, provides fast access to Warsaw, and at the same time is a good starting point for organising the supply chain to the south and west of the country. The park fits perfectly into trends in the logistics sector that require a presence close to sales markets,” adds Marta Sot, Asset Manager at Logicor.

Logistics park in a good location

Logicor Łazy is located in Łazy on Aleja Krakowska, the main E77 exit road to Krakow, 5 km from Janki and only 22 km from the centre of Warsaw. An additional advantage of this modern warehouse and office complex is its close distance to the S8 national road section Opacz-Paszków, thanks to which the park is directly connected by the S8 with Warsaw and the A2 motorway.
