New specialists in AXI IMMO
AXI IMMO has been strengthened by two new people.
The ranks of AXI IMMO – an expert in the commercial real estate – have been strengthened by two new people. At the beginning of November, two specialists joined AXI IMMO Agnieszka Góźdź to the Industrial & Logistic department and Edyta Strzebońska to the Office department.
Earlier this year, AXI IMMO began implementing a new business strategy, taking into account the company’s development in the sectors of office and retail properties. In connection with the success of the new sectors, AXI IMMO is expanding its structure.
At the beginning of November, two specialists joined AXI IMMO: Agnieszka Góźdź, who took over as Senior Industrial & Logistics Consultant, and Edyta Strzebońska, Senior Office Consultant.
“Our aim and ambition are to provide comprehensive services at the highest level in all areas of our business. This is why we are expanding our team of highly qualified specialists,’” said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO.
Agnieszka Góźdź – Senior Industrial & Logistics Consultant at AXI IMMO
Agnieszka Góźdź has 5 years experience in the real estate industry. She has gained professional experience at Emmerson, where she was a Commercial Properties Specialist, Panattoni Poland, Couderq and Partners and King Sturge, where she handled warehouse rentals. She graduated from the School of Economics in Warsaw, Kent College in Sydney and the Private Higher School of Business, Administration and Information Technology in Warsaw. In AXI IMMO, she will be responsible for representing clients from the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
Edyta Strzebońska – Senior Office Consultant at AXI IMMO
Edyta Strzebońska has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for 4 years. She has gained professional experience in Horizon Plaza as a Leasing Specialist and Ober Haus Real Estate Agency, where she was a Commercial Real Estate Broker. She graduated from the Higher School of Real Estate Management. She will be advising and representing tenants in the lease of office space and will coordinate processes associated with the negotiation of contracts.
