Moje Bambino is a Polish company that operates internationally, providing comprehensive services for nurseries, kindergartens and schools, offering a wide range of products that enable the arrangement of modern, aesthetic and safe rooms conducive to child education. 5 production plant of the Moje Bambino company in Poland

The 10,930 sq m property in Kutno is the company’s fifth production plant in Poland. The site was purchased from Mondi – a leading producer of innovative and sustainable packaging and paper – who announced it was stopping production in 2017. The investment is located on a 6.7-hectare plot, which offers the possibility of more than doubling the plant’s size.

“Due to the rapid development of the company and the need to increase production capacity, we looked for a high-quality industrial property that would allow production to start in a few months. The facility in Kutno suits our strategy, it also fully meets technical requirements and offers the opportunity to extend the plant in the future,” comments Maciej Kapica, President of Moje Bambino’s management board.

The client had clear criteria for the transaction. Time, quality and space for expansion were important. The facility in Kutno meets perfectly these criteria. An additional advantage is its location relatively close to the company’s headquarters in Łódź,” comments Hubert Wojtera, Industrial & Logistic Senior Consultant at AXI IMMO.

“We are pleased that Moje Bambino has decided to purchase the production plant from Mondi. Kutno is a city with great potential both in terms of staff, as well as the location in the centre of Poland, just off the A1 motorway,” adds Damian Kińczyk, Industrial & Logistic Consultant at AXI IMMO.

The city of Kutno in 2019 was included in the group of 50 cities in the “Polish Cities of the Future” ranking prepared by the FDi Intelligence agency belonging to the Financial Times group The ranking examines the investment potential cities in different countries. There are over 50 domestic and foreign companies in Kutno, a large part within the economic zone. The strength of the city is its location just 1.6 km from the A1 motorway and 35 km from the A2 motorway, as well as the relatively high availability of qualified staff. Additionally, the intermodal terminal complements Kutno’s investment attractiveness.
