The land includes a 94,700 sqm plot with on ul. Sułkowskiego, ul. Kamienna and ul. Dwernickiego in Bydgoszcz, where Makrum has already been granted a building permit for a shopping centre.

The estimated value of this property is PLN 104 mln. Additionally, the company is planning to sell a 1,400 sqm plot on ul. Małopolska in Szczecin, together with a hotel which stands on the site. The hotel offers 119 rooms and three conference halls. In the proposed sale and leaseback arrangement the building is to be leased to Makrum subsidiary Focus Hotels, which is to continue operations. The estimated value of the property is PLN 33 mln.

Makrum is also to sell land on ul. Gdańska in Bydgoszcz, comprising three plots with a combined area of 13,700 sqm.
