The first tenant of the Hillwood Zagłębie park located in Sosnowiec is Investa Sp. z o.o.. Company is one of the leaders in the Polish steel industry (distribution of stainless steel and aluminium). The nationwide company is based in Pruszcz Gdański. Investa has central warehouse in Stryków and regional offices in Olsztyn, Moszna-Parcela, Wroclaw, Lubon and Sosnowiec.
Investa Sp. z o.o. has signed an agreement with developer Hillwood to lease 5,225 sq m of warehouse and office-social space. AXI IMMO consultants provided the company with comprehensive consultation throughout the transaction. Investa once again took advantage of AXI IMMO’s services. AXI IMMO also advised on negotiations for the lease of industrial space in Central Poland.
The signing of the agreement with the developer means that the company’s Silesian branch will move from its current location to the newly established modern warehouse park. The agreement is for ten years with the possibility of renewal. The space occupied by the tenant will be adapted to its requirements, including over-standard flooring resistance, dedicated oversized zero-level gates and structural reinforcements.

We decided to relocate our branch in Sosnowiec to Hillwood Zagłębie. Hillwood Zagłębie is a new investment by the developer in Upper Silesia. Ultimately, the project will see a modern a class-A storage hall with a total area of 48,000 sq m. Its advantage is its strategic location in Sosnowiec by the S86 national road. The park is connected to the agglomeration by public transport. The DTS central highway is nearby and the A4 motorway is 6.6 km away.
There is also a Hillwood warehouse in Bielsko-Biała in Silesia.
