GTLS, a logistics company, has leased over 3,000 sq m of warehouse space with office facilities in the Tristar Grodzisk park. The tenants were advised by the AXI IMMO agency in the transaction. GTLS will move into its new premises this month.

The location of Tristar Grodzisk near the town of Radonice, close to the A2 motorway, creates optimal conditions both for distribution to the Warsaw market and the rest of Central Poland. The Tristar Grodzisk park is situated about 35 km west of Warsaw, close to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction of the A2 motorway and the town’s planned ring road. It comprises more than 37,000 sqm of warehouse space in two buildings.
