The general contractor for Centrum Kowale, for which AXI IMMO is the exclusive broker, is Rex-Bud Construction Sp. z o.o. SKA (limited liability company partnership limited by shares) from Łódź. The opening is planned for autumn 2012.
Centrum Kowale will be built on Staropolska Street near the Tri-City S6 bypass, and directly by the 221 highway. The centre will be located adjacent to areas inhabited by around 40 000 people, in a fast developing part of the Tri-City. Centrum Kowale is designed as two linked blocks: retail and services. The retail area is about 5.4 thousand sqm. and the office area has around 911 sqm. The building will have underground parking (about 91 places) and parking spaces around the building, totalling 162 places. Investor of the site is Impress Sp. o.o. a limited partnership, part of the Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne Investing SA group located in Gdansk. The total investment cost is estimated at about PLN 34 million.

The construction site was transferred to the general contractor at the beginning of this week. Completion of building work is scheduled for mid-September. AXI IMMO is responsible for the commercialisation of the site.
