Flex prolonged a lease contract for a warehouse and office space in Logicor Łódź II with a total area of over 31,000 sqm. At the same time, the company decided to increase the rented space by almost 7,000 sqm. Thus, Flex now occupies almost 38,000 sqm which is most of the building’s surface. The tenant was advised by AXI IMMO.
