Eurologis Logistics Center changed the owner. Park located in the vicinity of Wrocław with an area of ​​21,500 sq m, was acquired by the M7 Real Estate fund. AXI IMMO represented the seller Eurologis Sp. Z o.o. S.K and Eurologis II Sp. z o. o. S.K. in the transaction.

Eurologis Logistics Center are modern facilities a total of 21,500 sq m of warehouse and office space, which are located in Długołęka and Oleśnica, north-east of Wrocław. The facilities are located on the S8 / E67 expressway, which allows for convenient connection with the central part of the country and Warsaw.
