Drogeria Natura in Centrum Kowale

AXI IMMO has gained another tenant - Drogeria Natura - for Centrum Kowale in Tri-City.

Drogeria Natura, one of the largest cosmetics chains in Poland, has leased 251 sqm. The commercialisation of Centrum Kowale is being handled exclusively by AXI IMMO.

Drogeria Natura, a nationwide cosmetics chain, will occupy space on the ground floor of Centrum Kowale on the main passage, just beyond the pharmacy and opticians. Currently, the chain has about 250 stores in smaller towns of more than 20 000 inhabitants and in large cities.

The first stores in Centrum Kowale, including a Tesco supermarket, has been opened today. The investor has planned an opening event with attractions for December 6.

Centrum Kowale will accommodate the following stores and service outlets: a Tesco hypermarket, a Ganesh restaurant, a Pepco clothing chain, a Zoolandia pet store, a Familia chemist’s, a Kolporter newsagent, a Main Optic optician, an Ekolaguna dry cleaning and tailoring outlet, a beauty and hairdressing salon, a computer sales and service store, a Fonka GSM mobile telephone sales and service store, a Key GDA key cutting and shoe repair outlet, an Oliwagart florist, a Czernis patisserie and bakery and a Rot Cafe. An Endomed medical centre will be situated on the office area.

Centrum Kowale is a convenient shopping centre in the Tri-City area. The centre has been built in the rapidly developing area of Kowale, inhabited by about 39,000 people, including large housing estates. The centre is situated on ul. Staropolska near the Tri-City S6 bypass, directly by the 221 highway. The total retail and office area is 6200 square metres. 162 parking spaces will be available for visitors.
