Every day for over 10 years, Dailyfruits has been delivering fruit and healthy snacks to Polish offices, companies and factories, which, packed in aesthetic boxes, go directly to the office kitchens. In Wrocław, Dailyfruits needed less than 1,100 sq m of warehouse space with the possibility of independent adaptation to the construction of cold stores with different temperatures and office space. AXI IMMO advised the tenant on the transaction.

A plus for this location was the proximity of public transport stops – which would make it easier for employees to commute. Citylink Wroclaw Stadion warehouses

Citylink Wroclaw Stadion will be commissioned in Q3 / Q4 2020. It will be a modern warehouse, office and exhibition complex. The equipment of the complex includes LED lighting, daylight illumination in the unloading zone, entrance gates from level ‘0’ and destrificators. Fire resistance will be at 2,000 MJ / sq m. Until the commencement of construction works, Citylink gives the opportunity to flexibly adapt the offered space to the tenant’s requirements.
