Colian Logistic, a company belonging to the Colian Holding SA group, a leader on the food market, has moved to a new warehouse near Wrocław. The company has leased 7,250 sq m of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Wroclaw IX. AXI IMMO advised the client in the lease transaction.
Colian Holding SA is a group of brands of sweets, spices and drinks from companies such as Goplana, Solidarność, Jutrzenka, Familijne, Hellena and many others. The group includes two companies: Colian Sp. z o.o. (formerly Jutrzenka Colian) and Colian Logistic Sp. z o.o., which was established in 2009 to manage the entire logistics of Colian Holding SA.
Activities of Colian Logistic covers three areas – storage, forwarding and transport as well as customer service. The company has several branches in Poland in cities such as Kostrzyn, Kalisz, Lublin, Bydgoszcz, Strykow, Katowice, Pruszkow, Wykroty, Robakow, Glinka Duchowna and Wroclaw. The company has leased 7,250 sq m in Panattoni Park Wroclaw IX of modern warehouse space, of which 335 sq m occupies the office component.

New warehouse space of tenant is situated in Panattoni Park Wrocław IX and provides a great location. The park is located next to the A4 highway and the “Wrocław Południe” junction crossing the A4 with the A8 motorway, and close to the S8 expressway.
