A 3,600-square-metre space has been leased by Pall-Ex, an international palletised freight distribution network entering the Polish market.

Pall-Ex in Panattoni Park Łódź East

Pall-Ex, which has moved into Panattoni Park Łódź East this April, will occupy a space of 3,600 sqm at building four of the park, whose space at full build-out will be 27,000 sqm. The building is set to serve as a so-called hub, i.e. Pall-Ex’s central reloading warehouse in Poland, the go-to for the network’s Regional Partners – independent freight forwarders from across Poland, to deliver palletised consignments. This is where consignments will be sorted by destination, loaded onto the Regional Partners’ vehicles to be taken to their warehouses, from where final delivery directly to the addressee will take place. The space leased will feature solutions adapted to the requirements of services provided by Pall-Ex, such as e.g. cross-docking, i.e. quick reloading and dispatch of goods without the need to store them.

Panattoni Park Łódź East is a modern distribution complex comprising four buildings with a total space of 132,330 sqm. At full build-out, the centre will provide nearly 160,000 sqm of space. The park’s customers include such firms as Hartmann, Flextronics, Lekkerland, Schenker, Rohlig Suus Logistics SA and Media Expert.

Panattoni Park Łódź East is located in Central Poland, in Łódzkie Voivodeship. Situated at ul. Zakładowa in the Widzew-Olechów district, it lies in the direct vicinity of the Andrespol junction on the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn). Panattoni Park Łódź East can be found in the eastern part of the city, as little as 10 km from its centre. The good location allows the park’s employees to commute using public transport, and guarantees the customers easy access to a qualified labour pool.
