Warehouse for e-commerce and European market

“The client is a well-known clothing brand that implements long-term expansion in the European fashion market. The new warehouse center will allow logistics processes to be improved and will also be a response to the dynamically developing sector of brand trade on the Internet. In addition, Łódź is a market well known to the client, and the city has a rich tradition related to textiles, so I believe that the marriage of both entities will give the expected impulse to the implementation of further ambitious plans. ‘ – said Hubert Wojtera, Director in the Department of Logistics and Industrial, AXI IMMO.

The contract signing is commented by Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director from Panattoni: “The presence of the well-known Polish tailoring clothing brand in Central European Logistics HUB is a great satisfaction for us. This confirms that our actions contribute to the restoration of the former splendor of Łódź, and also support the development of the Polish industry, in this case, the clothing industry” and adds: “As a developer, we have been associated with Łódź for about 14 years, and through Central European Logistics HUB we had an ambitious plan Creation of the New Industrial District of Łódź. And this is happening! I also hope that our HUB will become one of the milestones in the industrial history of Łódź.”
