BekaertDeslee, a manufacturer of mattress covers, has decided to extend the lease agreement for a warehouse property located in SEGRO Business Park Łódź. DesleeClama | BekaertDeslee has been operating its production facility in the park for five years. In the lease extension transaction, the client was advised by the AXI IMMO agency.

BekaertDeslee in Łódź since 2015

The area dedicated to BekaertDeslee is intended for production, office and social purposes and has over 3,300 sqm. Since October 2015, Segro Business Park Łódź has been operating the only Polish branch of this Belgian manufacturer of mattress components.
