The Stalman Group, a distributor of household goods, has decided to lease over a 2,300 sqm warehouse and office space in a private investment located in Ożarów Mazowiecki. AXI IMMO provided comprehensive tenant services. 

STALMAN is a brand owned by the Stalman Group company, which has been selling and distributing household goods since 2006. The company’s offer includes, among others, kitchen equipment, products for children, home or garden. Stalman with a new warehouse space

“We have decided to consolidate the existing space because we want to provide comprehensive and timely service to all our clients as a result of dynamic development. Taking care of the business, we were looking for a location that would guarantee us, above all, stability. The new space makes it possible to transfer all operations under one roof, which was one of the main assumptions and expectations for this project,” says Katarzyna Moszyńska, Administrative Director, Stalman Group.

A warehouse with an office enabling comprehensive order handling

The Stalman Group took over the new location at the turn of May and June. The distributor of household goods occupied over 2,000 sqm a warehouse, complemented by the nearly 300-meter office and social space. Paweł Bułajewski was responsible for the transaction on the part of AXI IMMO.

“The client transparently presented his needs for the new warehouse space. We were looking for investment immediately available, in a good market standard and would enable comprehensive service of the increasing number of orders, as well as in the future, it would allow for additional expansion,” explains Paweł Bułajewski, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO.

Warehouses in Ożarów Mazowiecki – logistically good location

The warehouse space market in Ożarów Mazowiecki belongs to the so-called Warsaw II zone, just 15 minutes from the border of orders of the capital. Distribution, logistics, and production companies are more likely to choose the region due to its central location and public transport within the Warsaw agglomeration.

Until the opening of the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw with Poznań, located on the western side of the capital, Ożarów Mazowiecki met all the criteria for large logistics companies. Currently, the conditions and the available infrastructure open the possibility more like to a good location for medium-sized tenants dealing in the distribution of goods in the metropolitan area of ​​Warsaw and the western directions of Poland.
