Green Factory Logistics has leased a total of 4700 sqm, including 3400 sqm of refrigerated space, 576 sqm of warehouse space and 476 sqm office space. This is yet a further transaction for Green Factory Logistics in which the company has benefited from AXI IMMO’s advisory services. Last year, in the same park, Green Factory Logistics leased 2725 sqm of warehouse and office space. The second customer, logistics operator PCMS, has leased 2336 sqm of warehouse and office space for use in contract logistics.
Green Factory Logistics is part of the Green Factory group – a producer and distributor of fruits and vegetables – and provides a full logistics service for products that require storage and transport at temperatures between 2 and 6 degrees.
“After observing a period of stagnation last year in the warehouse parks in Blonie, in recent months we have seen increased interest from tenants in this location. Up to now, Blonie has been losing out to storage facilities in Pruszków or Ożarów Mazowiecki. However, lower rents and a greater choice of modules has caused tenants to return to Błonie – said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner AXI IMMO.
This is confirmed by the results for the first quarter of 2013, where of more than 150,000 sqm meters leased in the Warsaw region, nearly 70% were new lease agreements in zone II, which includes warehouse parks located in Błonie – added Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner AXI IMMO.
Europolis Park Błonie is one of the largest logistics complexes in the Warsaw area. The warehouse park offers storage space for rent for logistics, distribution and light manufacturing. The park is located in Błonie, about 25 miles west of Warsaw by the expressway route E-30, which makes it possible to carry out flexible distribution to the Warsaw market and nationwide. The centre is dedicated to customers interested in renting large and medium-sized warehouse space. The total area of the park is 176 000 sqm of modern warehouse space, and will ultimately have 317 000 sqm.
