Skalski-Logistic Park near Wrocław

Skalski-Logistic Park (S-Logistic Park) is a manufacturing and warehouse park located by the A4 motorway near the Wrocław East exit. Hall with an area of 34 000 m2 built to the latest standards allows all kinds of warehouse operations to be carried out and are characterised by a rich infrastructure. There is a possibility to expand the park up to 200 000 m2. The park belongs to Grupa Skalski, which specialises in the construction of high-quality industrial, warehouse and production buildings in Poland.

“Skalski-Logistic Park is for us and our client the best choice. A convenient location, right next to the highway, in a central location in Central and Eastern Europe, modern warehouse space and the possibility of expansion are the factors that led to a choice of the Grupa Skalski park for our first project in Poland,” said Frank Funhoff, a board member at Dirks Consumer Logistics.

“As the results of the e-commerce market show, the sales network in Poland is the fastest growing in Europe. This growth applies to almost all the major market segments such as food, electronics, clothing and other consumer goods. The development of this sales channel is an important factor in the further development of the warehouse market in Poland. The best example of this is the warehouse lease transaction between Dirks Consumer Logistics and Grupa Skalski,” concludes  Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO.
