The logistics operator has leased 2 321 sqm of warehouse space and 122 sqm of office space in Tulipan Park Warsaw, a warehouse park owned by SEGRO – leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing, light industrial and data centre properties

NNR Global Logistics UK Limited is part of the Nishitetsu Group, an international corporation consisting of 92 companies, employing more than 18,000 employees in 130 countries around the world. NNR specialises in providing a wide range of freight forwarding services by air freight and sea, warehousing and distribution. This is the company’s second warehouse in Poland, the first being located in Wrocław.

“Subsequent contracts for logistics services made us decide to lease new warehouse and office space, this time in the Warsaw area. The proximity of the largest urban agglomeration and a convenient location adjacent to major transport routes will allow us to carry out contracts for customers interested in both logistics services in the region and the whole country or even the CEE region,” said Mark Munekatsu Wada, Managing Director of NNR Global Logistics UK Limited.

“We are pleased that another company has decided to enter into cooperation with SEGRO within Tulipan Park Warsaw. The complex is popular among the tenants due to its preferable location – 5 km from Warsaw with the access to developing road infrastructure and the airport. Thus the park offers preferable conditions for logistics and addresses the needs of the tenants interested in high-quality warehouse space,” stresses Magdalena Szulc, Business Unit Director Central Europe SEGRO.

“NNR was looking for a good location and high-quality warehouse space where it will be possible to organise advanced logistics operations. After numerous analyses, the logistics operator has selected SEGRO’s warehouse park, which meets all the client’s requirements” said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner in AXI IMMO.

“The transaction for NNR is a confirmation of Warsaw’s dominant position on the warehouse map of Poland. The central location, the largest market and more and better road infrastructure, particularly to the west and south-west of Warsaw, makes it a location that, regardless of the economic situation, is very popular among the logistics and production companies,” added Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner in AXI IMMO.
