United Distribution Holding (UDH), a leading distributor of imported premium quality beers in Poland, has decided to relocate to the Panattoni Park Pruszków II distribution center. The company will occupy nearly 3,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at the new location. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the transaction.

For more than 22 years, United Distribution Holding has been importing and managing the distribution of branded beverages and food in Poland. The company was founded in 1999 on the initiative of the local representative of the Ukrainian Obolon brewery. Then in 2011. UDH began cooperation with the world’s leading beer producer AB InBev, remaining its exclusive partner in Poland. The company’s latest success is dated to early 2020. UDH established partnerships with breweries Molson Coors, Radeberger, Bitburger, Estrella Galicia, and Mahou San Miquel. Today, with three distribution centers and a network of over 34,000 distribution points, the company is one of Poland’s largest representatives of imported premium quality beers.

“In line with our strategy, we expanded our distribution capacity and became even more competitive. We have been analyzing our sales processes for a long time, looking for the best solution for building an efficient supply chain. During the choosing process, it became crucial to increase the storage capacity of goods while maintaining high standards related to on-time delivery in a new logistics center,” says Igor Chraniuk, CEO, United Distribution Holding.

The tenant will occupy 3,100 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, complementing a 161 sqm office and staff module.

“After presenting several available space offers, the client promptly decided to cooperate with Panattoni again. During the negotiations, the developer demonstrated a great understanding of the tenant’s business needs, translating into obtaining flexible and customized solutions. In addition, the new distribution park is located about 9 kilometers from the previous location, which will certainly contribute to retaining the same workforce,” emphasizes Klaudia Markowska, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO.

“We would like to thank UDH for its trust and for remaining among Panattoni’s clients. For the last few years, the tenant has been using our services while building its high position in the market. We believe that the relocation to the new warehouse park Panattoni Park Pruszków II will go extremely smoothly, and the facility’s service will be the best recommendation for further fruitful cooperation,” adds Maciej Skurczyński, Leasing Manager, Panattoni.
