“We accepted the challenge of finding a new production space for Letbek, which has been associated with recycling and upcycling in the industry for years. Cooperation with the tenant from the first meeting was very open and precise in terms of achieving specific goals. Among the presented options of new parks available in Poznań, the offer prepared by SEGRO was closest to the Customer’s expectations. In addition, the developer showed great flexibility in terms of proposed solutions for production. Another ‘argument for’ was the investment’s location near the highway and good communication with the city,” says Piotr Roszkowski, Associate Director, Industrial and Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO.
