Kuchinox Polska, a manufacturer of modern solutions for kitchens and bathrooms, has rented more than 6,500 sqm. storage space at SEGRO Logistics Park Strykow. The new area will replace the company’s two existing warehouse locations and will store all products in Kuchinox’s portfolio, i.e. fittings, showers, steel and granite sinks, as well as metal products such as door handles, wardrobes and interior accessories. The tenants in the transaction advised the real estate agency AXI IMMO.

Kuchinox Polska has been producing, importing and distributing household items for over 20 years. Currently, under the brand Kuchinox Poland already sells more than 2000 own products. The company cooperates with wholesalers and DIY stores in both – Polish and European markets. The warehouse in  SEGRO Logistics Park Strykow will be used by the company to handle orders for all customers.

The storage area located in SEGRO Logistics Park in Stryków will replace the two smaller ones that we have used so far. An important element that decided on the choice of this magazine is its excellent location, which will positively affect the development of our business. It will facilitate the operation of wholesalers and shops both on the Polish market and in foreign markets such as Norway, Germany, Russia and Ukraine. The Client was looking for warehouse space close to his current headquarters, additionally an important factor was also the immediate availability of space.
