The BTS investment for the manufacturer and exporter of fine furniture will be built within the PointPark Poznan. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the transaction.

This is the company’s first investment in Poland. Zaparoh exports all its products to Western Europe and the United States. The company specialises in the production of fine furniture made of various materials, including leather. Zaparoh’s products include high-quality sofas, chairs and beds. Around 150 people will be employed at the new site. The company has leased a total of 11,252 sqm, including 4,386 sqm of production space, 6,201 sqm of warehouse space and 665 sqm of office space.

We thoroughly analysed potential locations in the Poznan region. Eventually, we decided that PointPark Poznan will best meet our technical requirements and will be a good place to implement a long-term development strategy – said Artur Zakrzewski, CEO of Zaparoh.

I am glad that we had the pleasure of representing Zaparoh in their search for production and warehouse space in the Poznan region. The selection of PointPark Properties as the contractor for the BTS investment resulted from the flexible approach of the developer to lease terms and the possibility of optimal solutions that the client required for its business – added Magda Twarowska, Industrial Consultant at AXI IMMO.

This is the next large BTS project that we are undertaking as part of our investment in Poznan. The excellent location and associated infrastructure in combination with our experience in building industrial facilities meant that we won another contract. The project for Zaparoh is a confirmation of our strategy, which involves the activation in existing locations and development in new warehouse regions in Poland – summarized Piotr Bzowski, Leasing and Development Director at PointPark Properties.
