Pharmalink to open a transshipping hub in 7R Park Łódź West I. The developer adjusted the space to meet the tenant’s strict requirements related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution. AXI IMMO has advised tenant in the transaction.
7R Park Łódź West I consists of two buildings of 27,000 and 5,000 sqm. Pharmalink, a provider of logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, will occupy around 6,000 sqm of warehouse and almost 1,000 sqm of office space. 2,000 sqm in the first building will be used to store veterinary pharmaceuticals and the whole of the second building will serve as drugs warehouse. Space will be commissioned for use in Q2 this year.

The space leased by Pharmalink allows to control the temperature range between 15 to 250 C. Cooling storages installed in both buildings guarantee storing pharmaceutical products in temperatures from 2 to 80 C. Cross-dock building is additionally equipped with auto docks which keep the inside temperature for as long as possible during loading.
