ProLogis, (the leading global provider of distribution facilities, summed up the first nine months of 2010 in Poland. From January 1 to September 30, 2010 the company leased more than 511,000 square metres of modern office and warehouse space in ProLogis logistics parks in Poland, which is an increase of 129 percent as compared to the same period of last year.

In the third quarter of 2010 alone, ProLogis leased nearly 160,000 square metres of warehouse space in Poland. New clients have occupied 75,600 square metres – an increase of 315 percent as compared to the same period of 2009. The new tenants are found: ArchiDoc (11 824 m2) w ProLogis Park Chorzów, Green Integrated Logistics (9 051 m2) w ProLogis Park Poznań II, Euro-net (8 910 m2) w ProLogis Park Janki, Raben (8 352 m2) w ProLogis Park Chorzów, ANL (6 674 m2) w ProloLogis Park Dąbrowa, Fiege (6 290 m2) w ProLogis Park Dąbrowa, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (5 817 m2) w ProLogis Park Chorzów, No Limit (5 465 m2) w Prologis Park Janki, DHL (5 400 m2) w ProLogis Park Sochaczew.

In the third quarter of 2010, ProLogis extended lease agreements for more than 84,000 square metres of modern warehouse space – an increase of 81 percent as compared to the same period last year. The tenants are found: Fiege (30 256 m2) w ProLogis Park Dąbrowa, DHL (16 813 m2) w ProLogis Park Sochaczew, DHL (10 770 m2) w ProLogis Park Teresin, DPD (9 056 m2) w ProLogis Park Warsaw, Magna Automotive (6 309 m2) w ProLogis Park Poznań, Rhenus Contract Logistics (5 460 m2) w ProLogis Park Poznań).
