Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer in Poland, adds another park to its portfolio of industrial investments – Panattoni Park Święcice located in the Warsaw suburbs. The first building of the distribution centre is a build-to-suit project with the total space of over 16 700 m2.

Panattoni Park Święcice will comprise two facilities of the total warehouse space covering nearly 30,000 m² and is located in the Warsaw region along the domestic road no 2 (E30), 19km from the capital city centre. The first building will be a build-to-suit project for a consumer goods customer, totalling over 16 700 m2 of industrial space. The first ground works will begin still in October, however, the completion is planned for the second quarter of 2011. In the Warsaw region, especially in the Western part of the suburbs, 15 km from the capital city centre, Panattoni has located several of its investments in such towns as Błonie, Teresin, Ożarów and Pruszków. The planned A2 motorway junction is one of the main factors constituting the excellent location of these developments. Upon completion of the ongoing projects, Panattoni will have over 280,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space in the Warsaw region.
