The projects are scheduled for completion in 2016 and 2017. The 38,000 sqm project in Teresin, located near Warsaw, will serve as the retailer’s central distribution hub which along with its center in Poznań, will help optimize the company’s Polish logistics chain. The Poznań-based grocer Piotr i Paweł operates 108 stores located in 60 cities around Poland.

MLP’s general director and vice president of the board, Radosław T. Krochta, said the company remains focused on BTS investments within its existing projects.
