Panattoni Europe, the leader of the industrial real estate market in Poland, has commenced construction works on the sixth warehouse at Panattoni Park Poznań I.
This time, it is a 10,700-square-metre speculative property. Its first tenant is the developer’s existing customer, NAVO PGD.
The investment started in mid-September and is the sixth, final facility planned within Panattoni Park Poznań I. The 10,700-square-metre warehouse under construction is a speculative property.
The building will be commissioned at the turn of Q2 of 2011, but it already has its first tenant. It is an existing customer of Panattoni Park Poznań I, NAVO Polska Grupa Dystrybucyjna. NAVO PGD is a company specialising in rendering FMCG distribution and logistics services.
The company is a strategic partner of Procter&Gamble in Poland, and its other key business partners include 3M, SC Johnson and Newell Rubbermaid. It will occupy 6,170 sqm in the facility, with 5,620 sqm intended for a warehouse, and 550 sqm intended for office space.
The location at Gądki is one of three NAVO Distribution Centres, with the other two in Tychy and Nadarzyn.
