BestSecret will occupy almost 90,000 sq m at Panattoni Park Sulechów III

According to the developer Panattoni, BestSecret, leader of the European industrial real estate market, will occupy almost 90,000 sq m. at Panattoni Park Sulechów III.

The investment will be completed in stages from January to June 2023. The developer is starting work on Panattoni Park Sulechów III, which has been fully leased by BestSecret, a leading German player and owner of an online store of the same name, which supplies goods to 27 countries across Europe. The company has leased 88,500 sq m. with an option to expand by another 42,000 sq m. and will use 40,000 sq m mezzanine and office space in the building, with the office space exceeding 10,500 sq m. In addition, the developer prepares the space for multi-layer shelves (Pick Towers) and takes care of raising part of the building. The project is to be commissioned in stages from January to June 2023 and is to be certified in the BREEAM system with the ‘Excellent’ rating.

The investment will meet high energy efficiency standards, including complex metering systems and intelligent lighting. Panattoni will also take care of the well-being of future employees. The developer will provide increased access to natural lighting on a large office space and will ensure adequate acoustics of the space in consultation with a specialist. In addition, Panattoni will provide facilities for cyclists and charging points for electric vehicles in the center. The estate is to be prepared in consultation with the ecologist, who, inter alia, will contribute to the preservation of biodiversity in and around the investment.
