Build-To-Suit (BTS) schemes offer a wide range of opportunities in terms of location, size and technical and technological parameters. In BTS projects, the terms of cooperation with the developer can also be individually adjusted, from a traditional lease, a build to own (BTO) project, or building with the subsequent sale of the facility to the client.

The developer has an executive function, but his/her responsibility for the project is broader than that of the general contractor. Building a facility in a BTO formula gives the occupier the option to sell the building through a sale and leasebacktransaction and to become a leasee of that facility. It is a solution that allows the owner-occupier to release capital in order to reinvest it in other areas of the company’s activities.
