Build-To-Suit (BTS) investments offer a wide range of opportunities in terms of location, size and technical and technological parameters. In BTS projects, the terms of cooperation with the developer can also be individually adjusted (classic rental, building to own, or building with the subsequent sale of the investment to a client).

Building a facility in the BTO formula gives the facility the option to sell the facility in the sale and leaseback formula, i.e. sale and leaseback, which allows the owner to sell the facility to a financial institution and then become a tenant of the same facility. It is a solution that allows for the release of funds and their reinvestment in other areas of the company’s operation.
